NOW: Judge Xinis is presiding over a writ petition filed by Mr. Abrego. She's proposing the government respond by Wednesday, and a hearing Friday at 11 AM. She says extending a TRO is necessary because there appears to be a violation of the law. 1/

Apparently, we have to repeat the law, the constitutional guarantees, the time zone, the state, every time we speak to be sure the cheaters have as little wiggle room as possible.
That's what happens when you elect a serial liar, you have to protect yourself from unreasonablenesses...
