I don't think so. The Corp. for Public Broadcasting is shutting down; to my knowledge, PBS and NPR have not said that they are. CPB provides federal funding to PBS & NPR, which also get funding elsewhere. I think it remains to be seen if they can withstand the termination of fed. funding.

People keep republishing this BS as if the Governor can make these changes by himself. Fact is: the CA Constitution provides for the process of redistricting and, unless residents vote to amend it, that process won't change.
