I must say Germans don’t eat like this everyday, but they are a very healthy folk. You see people in their 70s and 80s bicycling, hiking. Life expectancy for Germans, men 78 and women 83. Compared that to the U.S, men74 and women 80. Thanks so much for the feedback🍃💚🍃
