They were documented. But I guess now, if you are brown, you have to have your documents on you? I am white, I never carry documents to prove I am a US citizen. I have a drivers license if I’m driving.

I certainly think prayer can spur us to action or it can make us passive. If he prays and does nothing else, he was not sincere. He could even pray while he is doing something. But he does the opposite of good intention.

But if prayer can spur us to action, he needs to pray harder. His actions don’t seem to reflect prayer.
