I have never heard of the back of someoneβs hand getting bruised from handshakes. Sounds like total bullshit. The fact that they came up with that lie which makes him look like a frail old man, means that the truth is far worse.

Supposedly, he's taking large amounts of aspirin, but for that much bruising to occur, he is on much stronger anticoagulants. Either way that much swelling in his hands and feet along with the bruising is pretty serious. He likely has CHF or chronic heart failure.
