Yes. He tried to bluff his way through an interview with Claire Byrne with nonsense comparing Irish history to Brexit and he had his arse handed to him. He knew nothing about Ireland, or peace in Northern Ireland, because he never gave a damn about people in Northern Ireland, and he still doesn't.

Labour doubled its seats in 2024 with only a 1.6% increase in its UK vote. There were three reasons:
- Tactical voting between Labour and the Liberal Democrats maximised seats for both.
- Political right fragmented.
- Scotland. English-flag-shagging undermines 1 and 3 and has no effect on 2.

Oh good. The UAE has very strict laws in place that prohibit criticism of the ruling regime or any content that could be deemed offensive. Though Clarkson is probably going there for tax reasons, I hope that he will be unable to resist the temptation to whinge about the government there.

I had no expectation that Labour would move to rejoin the EU. That was clearly signalled. The anti immigrant fear mongering wasn't though, and it presents a good opportunity for parties like the Liberal Democrats to win over ethnic minority communities.

He makes bad and tasteless jokes, that's all. Many bores do that and are ignored, but that particular unfunny racist bore happens to control the recommendation algorithm of a huge social media platform so there is no avoiding his lack of comedic talent.

For people obsessed with replacement theory The West is a euphemism for developed countries with mainly white populations. Western person means white regardless of country of origin. Low birth rate concerns only offspring of two white parents. Immigration of white people to the west is disregarded.
