Worth noting that the real reason that this will never happen is that the unrealistically low speed limits so many repliers are writing about are set by police departments which get a ton of revenue from the fact that since everyone is always speeding, they can write as many tickets as they like
this is 100% true but it's the reason we should change things not the reason things will never change. Police relying on unenforceable laws to be able to arbitrarily enforce fines is bad and can change. good things are possible
