the smosh potato is less of a recipe and more of a technique for getting a potato with a creamy center and cronchy edges there are many ways to make these such as boiling and pan frying or roasting and deep frying but here is one that uses just one cookie sheet and a ziploc bag for minimal cleanup
i am still going to post my very simple french fry recipe but for now here are some simple haystack potato that i make when i have scraps of potato left over from other projects and do not want to waste them
