Good morning! Finally reached my goal weight—once!—now in maintenance phase. Goal to stay at 200-205 for 1 year.
Had dinner with my eldest brother the other night. Tried to avoid politics, but it finally came up. Inspired a song that I wrote in 20 minutes.

My guitalele just got here yesterday—a Lanikai of the same type as you, I think—but that isn’t it. This is my Harmony arch-top in Nashville tuning. Still trying to figure out the guitalele!
