Alright we have two building Construction updates for everyone today. Both in Seattle SLU area both right next to each other. The first is in pretty early stages of construction on 2405 7TH AVE 44-Story, 442 Units, Parking 260, Don’t quote me but I think construction started maybe 3 months ago.
Our 2nd is a bit confusing so if anyone’s got info chime in. This one is on 2301 7TH AVE it’s much further in construction. I think there is suppose to be another building going with it? The other lot is currently empty for now. But so far half of the combo is done? Will be 30-Story 622 Units
They did have the scaffolding under the second floor collapse as they were pouring it a while ago- maybe that caused them to pause the other lot and try bidding for a new concrete contractor?
The SW half-block (red) is the Seattle House which has topped out and looks ever closer to being done. The NE half-block is the Onni 2301 7th project that unfortunately got halted by construction of Seattle House.
