Well dang thatβs frustrating. Do they have any idea when they might start construction or is it just officially on pause till the foreseeable future?

Facinating I must have been missing it anytime I walked around there or had assumed till recently it was just a part of the other projects construction zone. I only feel like I recently noticed it getting some height. Thank you for the info Jackson!

Our 2nd is a bit confusing so if anyoneβs got info chime in. This one is on 2301 7TH AVE itβs much further in construction. I think there is suppose to be another building going with it? The other lot is currently empty for now. But so far half of the combo is done? Will be 30-Story 622 Units

Alright we have two building Construction updates for everyone today. Both in Seattle SLU area both right next to each other. The first is in pretty early stages of construction on 2405 7TH AVE 44-Story, 442 Units, Parking 260, Donβt quote me but I think construction started maybe 3 months ago.

You are a gem Shirley I appreciate you not holding back haha

And if these kids really think most of us are affording a SFH I have 90 bridges to sell them.

Honestly one of the few times the tree people would be useful

Iβm going to be honest what the heck am I even looking at? It looks like whatever is itβs slow or moving weirdly
-
And that basically no online Seattle Urbanist is in favor of Bruce. At best you have a few that have been silent on the issue. But I really have to question how honest these people are being. Unless they mean a Townhomes or a Stacked Flat there is no more room for SFHs

Of course! Iβm sorry this happened to you. Itβs extremely frustrating. Even more so when it should have been in a spot protected.
