I think so much of dog training is also learning about your dog’s limits. That’s what’s frustrating as a guide dog handler, people take their dogs into busy places and the dogs can’t manage! But Max did!

Anyway why share this? Because a few years ago I read a thread on the other place re: the “feminist chicken” experiment where women chose not to move out the way on the street for men walking towards them.
I replied “I’m blind I have to play this every day of my life. I’ve got the bruises” /10

I’ve also on several occasions when sharing a lane had a chat about whether the other person wants to stick to one side or do a clockwise loop.
Where these conversations can take place I find it’s a perfectly workable solution without reenacting iceberg vs titanic. 9/
