You're hallucinating this massive, competent US workforce eagerly hoping for a job in construction, or meat-packing, or ag. Talk to an employer: they struggle filling jobs. Without immigrant labor? Some will go under.
We can solve it. We just need to have politicians with integrity, and we need to overturn Citizens United so rich, exploiting companies can't buy political permission.
There is so much awful in the world, we need the timeline cleanses.

If you think defending trans rights is "bickering", you are already abetting the GOP.
NO ONE gets thrown under the trolley. That you aren't personally bothered by attacks on trans rights does not make those attacks trivial; it makes your position shallow, and self-interested.
