lol that is a good point. hm. I will consider these options, yes! it was doubly annoying because the indie publisher that made it claims on their site that they don’t use AI in their work but… it is 100% generated imagery. so even if I had looked it up first I would have been lied to 💀💀💀

it’s horrible, ugh. no more “ooh this looks like it might be neat” purchases (not before thoroughly looking them up anyway). it was so hard to tell by just the box art 💀 and it was at a small business too so I just wasn’t thinking too hard about it. but lesson learned I guess.

it’s really gross and weird. you can feel the absence of humanity in them. and it’s worse sevenfold as a tool meant to connect with the self and others… just all around horrible

it seriously feels weird to touch it. I’ve looked through it just once and BLEGH NO. it was that impulsive “supporting a small business” and “ooh small indie deck” purchase (and also not being able to see much of the art, as the box was wrapped up). but like… what do I do with it?? it’s like a curse

I recently bought a Lenormand deck from a local shop that was definitely made with AI. I don’t know what to do with it—it feels actually gross to touch, but I also want to signal boost to make sure more divination folks are researching their tools better than I did at the time. • #witchsky #tarotsky

I am the PANTS WIZARD. I have made (temporary) pants, bringing back the “zip-off” pant-shorts of ancient times, but using lacing instead of zips. I’m also gonna add drawstrings to the bottom hems to cinch them in during excursions in the woods. 🌲
