The next election, whenever it comes, should not be fought about, small boats, immigration, taxing the rich etc etc, it should be a simple choice between parties that want to propose rejoining the EU and committing to a referendum within the lifetime of the next parliament.
What if all those “world-defining” events we scroll through - peace talks, scandals, natural disasters, political drama -actually lead to the same conclusion: nothing ever happens?

Wonderful and energy giving. Have seen Mavis Staples a few times in the last 15 years or so and she still gives this energy, inspirational.
