Go read about how the House is apportioned by population, and the Senate is only 50% of our legislative process. See, Congress is actually constructed for better fairness and balance than you think.

California must withhold our taxes from the Federal government until we have fair representation in the government.

The Senate’s distribution of seats is plainly undemocratic, a construct originally meant to protect the more sparsely populated southern states. The solutions are: either change the distribution of seats, mimicking the House, or drastically reduce the powers of the least representative house.
