Only use about 1/2tsp of it. It just ups the flavor.

I do onion, carrots, celery, garlic, a tiny bit of salt (like 1/4tsp), pepper and sometimes balsamic vinegar.

I mean I wasnβt expecting a whole lot of spices in a pot roast type of thing, but the whole flavor profile was salt. Maybe if they had added some pepper it wouldnβt have been so blehπ
