Long story short, to save you from reading all this ranting...
I hate how my brain over thinks and doesn't think at all, all at once. Ugh.
The main characters are Logan (the lead singer of the band) and Harlow (the lead guitarist) and their relationship being kept secret from the fans. But I still want the other characters (outside of Logan and Harlow) to have their own plots. I want them to feel like actual people and not people

I just added to the story. And I have that for Quentin. CJ, I have a rough idea, sort of... and I give Lane a happy ending. I just don't know where to go anymore that is t about Harlow and Logan.

I have another character apart of the band, CJ, who plays rhythm guitar and the keyboard. I don't have much of a story for him either. I just have scenes with him with all of their niece.

The drummers name is Quentin (because I was watching Last Christmas when I initially wrote him). He plans trips for the band and takes his daughter on tours with him. He has joint custody with his daughter's mom. I can fully explain it, but they have such a sweet story.

The niece is the Drummers daughter. And I got tired of reddit continuously showing me conservative "black babies have no dad" bullshit, so I'm writing him to be the really sweet dad to his s daughter and all the band are aunt and uncles. And he has a friendly relationship with her mother.

I like writing stories. Right now, I'm writing a story (in my notes app) that's based around a group of friends in a rock band. The bassist is trans and I even gave him a surefire backstory. It's a part of why him and the lead singer are friends to begin with. And are the founders of the band.
