I spent time on this because this is the AP story on this, meaning it likely is appearing in 100+ Sunday newspapers this morning. This is how tens of thousands of people are learning “what happened” here when it comes to these three governors’ actions.
The @apnews.com story on the past 24 hours feels like malpractice to me.
I don't understand how this credulous presentation works, journalistically.
Half of these opening four paragraphs is just taking the Trump administration's absurd presentation as fact.
