it is one thing to not get it, but another thing to not be communicated to on what is wrong and when it will be resolved. Pure incompetence or utter cruelty?
My son is still waiting itโs a good thing he has family to help him This is terrible for people relying on it. The message is so vague and basically itโs telling you not to bother them with this.
