if i was in alberta and did not apply for the cdb already, i would wait until spring of 2027 to apply and receive 24 months of retroactive payments in the summer of 2027, and if i did apply already for cdb, then i would not report it to the alberta government, if that was possible.

it is one thing to not get it, but another thing to not be communicated to on what is wrong and when it will be resolved. Pure incompetence or utter cruelty?
