Nightmares are no fun. I'm always sure they're trying to warn me. I had a therapist who had me thank my psyche for trying to protect me. She said I didn't need to figure it out, just express gratitude. It didn't help during the nightmares, but lessened their power, & was oddly comforting.

Not meant as advice, just sharing. Lately I've found two Traumeel tablets under my tongue ease me to sleep on those restless nights. I don't know why it works, but I'm grateful.

Watered the garden before the heat, walked to the lake, & now continuing a read through of the proofs after checking them against the copyedit. Habits of a former editor. I caught an error that would have haunted me, mixing up Richard II's age with Gwenllian Archer's. Missed by the copyeditor!😱
