To be clear, the IFPA silenced all dissent by citing "safety concerns" over an alleged "doxxing" incident - a user posting publicly available social media info, seeking clarification.
Rules are enforced swiftly to protect the emotional comfort of IFPA leadership, not to prevent violent transphobia.
It is beyond disheartening, discouraging, and dismaying to see the leadership behind the world's largest pinball score-keeping organization do nothing to stand up to transphobic attacks occurring at their events, while also shifting all blame onto trans women victims and calling the matter settled

Sadly, the individual in question is friends with the IFPA president - the same president who shifted all blame for the organization's failure to respond onto the trans woman IFPA director present at the event, another victim of the hate crime that occurred
The IFPA is lost, as far as I'm concerned
mentioning the OBX tournament in the IFPA discord now results in a 1 week ban for the 1st offense, permanent ban for the 2nd
The hope is that all the noisy faggots stop bothering the cishet white dudes in charge, so they can return to reliving their fratbro glory days from back in the 90s
