What makes you think they have to “declare” martial law? They are openly talking about military takeovers of Dem cities, particularly if they have Black female mayors. Random traffic stops and arrests with a picture of one person with a warrant and claims others are criminals is different how?

Just a little review because the NG deployment in DC has brought it up.
On Jan 4, 2021 Chris Miller told involved parties that only he could give the NG deployment order. On Jan 6, people were ready and waiting for that order. Chris Miller delayed deployment. Nancy Pelosi was not involved.

So why? J6 Trump did not order NG in a timely way. On Jan 4 2021 Chris Miller, Trump’s acting Sec of Def sent a memo to the NG that only he could order weapons or deployment of the NG on Jan 6. (Yes, the problems were planned.) On Jan 6, the NG were ready to go but Chris Miller delayed deployment.
