He got elected by people wanting to anger those darn libs. By asking a question like that, it angers folks. He gets to do what he was elected to by enablers. It's why when he is asked real questions, he goes off track and gets upset. He wasn't elected to lead or even be smart, it was to anger.
It's a desperate attempt for him to stay in power, but also trying to see if there are workarounds to circumvent the two term limit (which in my opinion, running for more than two terms can only be done through a constitutional amendment).
