Yes I think they will. We have seen recently within our family what can happen if these sorts of things are not done.

A big week for end of life planning. Fresh wills and expressions of wishes composed (but not yet executed). Two burial plots paid for in a local woodland burial ground with wonderful views over nearby mountains. Funeral songs chosen by both of us. Hoping we live a long long time!

Pre- tomorrow’s #parkrun sharpener this morning. Approx 800 warmup, 800m at 8:40 pace, 800m jog, 800m at 8:20 pace and finish with 800m jog. Hoping to improve on 27:40 year best by maintaining a pace of 8:50/mile per tomorrow. We shall see in due course!
