Honestly my ONLY hesitation at this point was some of his "bothsides" stuff in that first announcement.
That's literally the LAST thing we need right now. I'd also very much want to hear his take on the filibuster.

This year, it was the perceived cave from Senate Dems on CR back in the early spring.
The dye is now cast. Basically everything Dem leadership does is just ridiculed at every turn. Not sure what else there is to say at this point. 🤷♂️

I'm just going to say this again but it's uncanny how much this whole situation reminds me of Biden after the Afghan withdrawal. Pretty much anything he said or did was pushed back on after that.
That's pretty much happening with Schumer, Jeffries, and the Dem party. Nothing is enough for people.
