Carney learns cutting taxes is fun, while cutting spending can be painful

To save Canada from becoming part of Trumpland, Carney has to spend a lot of money. If he didn't make cuts there would be screams of, "How are we going to pay for it?". It's what cuts he makes that will tell the story of his priorities. Give the guy a chance.
