I want that to be good news, and I'm persistently taking action at a systemic level, with a collective of people. BUT with GHG emissions not even flatlining yet (i.e. continuing to rise, albeit at a slightly slower rate) when we need them to be rapidly reducing, I must admit to serious doubts..
