As a former spa employee, I can say that it is not unusual for 16-18 year old girls to work as laundry or “towel” girls. Even in spas mostly attended by women in upper end neighborhoods. It’s kind of an entry level spa job. Now, if there was abuse of the access to such girls… yes, definitely.
