So in short, speculation is to blame.
People who expect to earn money by over-leveraging themselves buying up assets.
And because every rich person thinks it is a good way to make money, the asset is overpriced.

Walking between 6 and 8 miles a day at the moment (🐕🦺).
On this morning's walk, found myaelf reflecting on how when we learned about Africa at school, we were taught how some people walked miles to collect water everyday.
We are lucky to have civilisation and drinkable tap water in the home. But...
