Why did @kendilanian-nbc.bsky.social put that "technically" in there? She is a convicted sex offender. That makes her ineligible for transfer. Pretty black and white. There's nothing "technical" about it.

Agreed. The paradox is that peaceful protests won't generate any change. They're just people carrying signs around. Violence, of course, isn't the answer. But I can't see a path forward other than giving Trump his lead, letting him do to his damage, and hoping the decent people show up in the end.
