Blue states are finally learning what red states have known all along: you don’t need federal permission to govern.
And to be clear this has been going on for some time. There are many segments of the party doing serious, strategic work.

À better measure of the US economy would be how the bottom 33% are making do on their income, rather than how the top 10% are making do in the stock market.
