I haven't followed this meeting closely so I haven't seen the evidence presented by the challengers, which matters given the standard of review established by the official call. But if I had a vote I could well see myself voting to rescind

ahead of this DFL CBRC hearing, i have read most of the challenges. a not insignificant number have their remedy as “abolish the minneapolis DFL” or “abolish caucuses.” these are not serious, and hopefully they can be tossed just for such a ridiculous remedy
