What do you think the dodo bird tasted like?
It must have been super tasty considering they rendered it extinct. I'm thinking something rich along the lines of duck maybe.

If I recall, it was driven extinct by the introduction of predators to its previously predator-free environment. Hunting didn't do it in. Feral dogs and pigs did.
