Do we really expect meaningful elections? How can the maga repubs (which includes all of them right now except those actively opposing) ever allow a D pres who could impound bomb money and fund planned parenthood (or whatever).

As soon as the republicans in congress allowed T to ignore the spending laws it became clear they never expected to be in minority again. Otherwise what’s to stop a D pres from using mil spending to fund PP or PBS? Midterms schmidterms. Good luck everyone.

A visa is permission to travel to POE and seek entry. Her status once here is determined by CBP and then USCIS. Does the DHS spokesperson not know this? “Tricia McLaughlin …told 13News in a statement that Go "overstayed her visa that expired more than two years ago."

This is so wasteful. Consular officers can call someone for an interview in any interview waiver case if there is a need. This just adds administrative burden to applicants and diffuses the focus of consular officers away from problematic travelers and security threats. And slows everything else.
