Never forget their plan was always to supplant Donald Trump with J.D. Vance. Now that Trump is wounded and more trouble than he is worth they will start to act on that plan. Look for rumblings about Trump's mental health.
I have felt that this was always their plan. They know he's mentally incompetent and they're just propping him up. For now. Vance's a far more dangerous person and not enough people realize that.
