It's just as bad for men, who are using steroids, getting implants + using filler just as much. I wonder if there will come a time when we start to highly value a person's natural state? Some of the results of years of invasive cosmetic procedures are starting to show some disastrous results. /fin

Recently, I saw a reddit thread of a d-list celebrity. She had recently filled her face so much it looked painful. Like so many women, pictures of her face and body from 10 years ago don't match the person today. Women are spending more than they can afford to erase their natural beauty. /2

Our view of the human body + what is normal is really shifting. Sadly, we have an entire generation who really haven't seen a lot of natural representations in popular media. To get certain appearances require drug use, surgery + extreme diet/exercise. With AI I can only think it will get worse. /1

The corporations are gaming with our lives. A robust public health vaccine programme is vilified with government approved propaganda. Then turn around and offer a pay to play treatment. We need a new word to describe this type of fuckery.
