I am keen to hear the provinces view on zoning changes to allow more as of right housing.
Here is Minister John Lohr's letter to the municipality rejecting the plan. I'm struck that (among other things) he objects to a requirement for EV-ready parking spaces. In the province's own climate plan, electric vehicles are required to to the province's GHG emission reduction goals
