  3. When I started writing about the unitary executive theory years ago, my focus was on its self-evident contradiction of the Constitution's text and structure. I saw it as an illegal shortcut to deregulation. It wasn't yet clear to me that it is also the blueprint for a fascist takeover.

  4. I should mention, btw, that nothing in Trump v. United States says that Stephen Miller is immune from any criminal charges. Given that it's really Miller (w/ Vought etc.) who has led the conspiracy against the United States constitution, when we restore lawful government he needs to die in prison.
