I should mention, btw, that nothing in Trump v. United States says that Stephen Miller is immune from any criminal charges. Given that it's really Miller (w/ Vought etc.) who has led the conspiracy against the United States constitution, when we restore lawful government he needs to die in prison.
I wrote this piece before the fascist takeover. I hope that makes my analysis of the vulnerability of "presidentialism" to authoritarianism all the more convincing. A political scientist might say that I preregistered my prediction.
