Why? Because you can. There is a long track record of juries siding with injured "victims," even if the injury is substantially self-inflicted and the evidence that the plaintiff was unaware of the consequences of their actions is flimsy.

In FL, however, this case might not gain traction.

The dairy involved promotes human consumption of raw milk. There is never a legitimate reason to sell raw milk to members of the general public, so they deserve to lose.
