I hesitate to answer the question because this is not my view. (I’m no fan of propositions.) But also because identity has its home with objects. If, as I have been suggesting the view might assume, a fact is not an object, then the question might be inapt.

They refer to a fact. You are a philosophy and so am I. But your being a philosopher is not the same as my being one. (Facts are not objects. And so not people. And not propositions.) I agree that not much might turn on this.
