Homemade graham cracker crust - cracker crumbs, butter, & sugar - press into 9” pie plate, freeze 20 minutes; for pie: 5 egg yolks, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 cup of key lime juice. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes, cool & refrigerate. Thats it. Simple. Add whipped cream when serving.

They say it takes three generations to sqander the new family fortune - each generation less capable, due to unearned money and privilege, than the founder who created it. Looks like Mario is right on track.
