Anyone interested in how I approach recovery with nutrition and rehab?
If so, I can post
regularly about it. Ex. I refused a cast becuase I want as much active range of motion as possible to get swelling down. I refused high dose NSAID and opted for giant dose of my equip foods turmeric to actually support and not blunt the acute inflammatory pathway. I have had about 50g of collagen and heavy doses of krill oil since last night when this happened. Is this stuff interesting to you? Let me know below and I'll keep the posts coming if you want!
