Texas always has the 2nd or 3rd highest number of votes for Democratic President after California. Makes me feel sad 😔 for those millions of people. So 8 million people will be disenfranchised w/ their ultra-gerrymandering.

Note that sections 9 and 10 deal with:
- Writ of Habeas Corpus
- Congresses ability to control tariffs.

😂😂 You know the laws are not interpreted the same way for GOP & Dems. Remember when SCOTUS said Biden made an unconstitutional power grab by forgiving student loans. But Trump can dismantle Dept of Education entirely and that’s A-OK! 🤦🏽♀️ But I hope the TX Dem lawyers remember the “gratuity” argument.

Project 2025 has a detailed plan to “align the Census Bureau with conservative principles” w/ dozens of suggested changes. When Trump says he’s ordering a new “modern” census technique we all know he means they won’t count people in Blue states. The the “legal” authoritarianism of Trump Regime.
The next part of the plan to steal the midterms and/or the 2028 election - an attempt to do a mid-decade census to take seats and electoral votes away from blue states. I knew this was coming.

Please stop saying that Dems can’t ultra-gerrymander cuz of their Fair Districting Laws. Because Florida, Ohio, Utah also have Voter approved Fair Districting Laws. But those GOP gerrymandered ANYWAY. Courts said maps were illegal. GOP ignored the Courts. So why are Dems constrained, but not GOP?
