  1. There were some concerns about the HPV vaccine in Denmark, so the authorities made a new extensive study.

The result: very few side effects and the protection was better than expected.

All girls are offered the vaccine and it is being discussed if boys should get it also.

  2. I have three friends >55 who are cervical cancer survivors and would have given anything for that vax to have been available when they were young. My son received Gardasil as a tween. I worry so much for younger generations who will not have this protection from preventable cancer.

  3. HPV vaccines have saved so many people from cancer, but especially women. They hate this vaccine because they view it as a means for women to have independence, not as a miraculous preventative to multiple cancers for both women and men.

  4. We are being forced to sacrifice our health and safety as well as that of future generations because a heroine-addled, testosterone pellet-addicted, trust fund Bro with no medical education or experience agreed to drop out of the Presidential race

  5. This is the reason I moved up my 9 yo's vaccination. I was taking 0 chances with the vaccine not being available with this a-hole in office.

  7. Got that one wrong junior. Maybe you were just strung out on H that day

  8. It’s amazing to me that the entire country is taking medical advice from someone who looks like he died last month. A known heroin addict and tinfoil hat whack job who carves up dead animals for fun and thinks leeches are the cutting edge of medical science.

  9. Literally a vaccine against cancer! As a cervical cancer survivor, I wish it had existed sooner! Sadly, the vaccine was ghettoized along with HPV as being an "STI/women's issue." Only girls vaccinated in many places. 50% is never herd immunity. While HPV cancers in men rise: throat, oral, genital.

This guy is not a doctor, and he reads any anti-vaccine bullshit he can find.

  11. What a complete fucking bell end. He knows nothing about medicine. Has he ever considered that preventative measure means teens don't die in later life of cervical cancer.

  12. Btw - HPV causes all cervical cancers, most anal cancers, and a subset of vulvar, vaginal, penile and oropharyngeal cancers. And, in recent years cutaneous beta-HPV types have been associated with the pathogenesis of non-melanoma skin cancers.

  13. My daughters doctor asked her if she had been vaccinated against HPV.She was one of the first kids vaccinated in our town. The doctor told her she was very lucky and should thank her Mom. RFK will get a lot of people killed. Protect your kids from CANCER later in life, their doctor's will thank you

  14. My daughter got vaxxed, why wouldn’t I protect her from any possible cancer?!🙄🫶🏽💙

  15. He is an unbelievably stupid person. vaccines are made to prevent cancers from developing later. They are ideas PREVENTION, not disease treatment. Gardasil has been a medical miracle.

He truly does not understand the most simple medical concepts.

  16. Zero cases of cervical cancer in Scotland because of gardasil. More bullshit from this freak

  17. He is an evil predator...the thing to know is that gardasil has already cut the number of cancer cases, and is on track to save millions of lives. The predator wants to see more Americans, including children, suffer and die. He is a threat to all Americans.

  18. Further evidence that republicans don’t give a 💩 about women or children.

  19. He has zero science training. Liberal arts under grad and a juris doctorate only. NOT a medical doctor or scientist in any way 🙄

  20. He’s destroyed any goodwill or any positive thoughts that anyone ever had about somebody with the last name Kennedy. Cheryl Hines can GFY, Chris Pratt, Maria Shriver, Swarzenegger can all GFY!

  21. Tell the families of all the girls who grew up and died of cervical cancer that their loss was an impossibility. Fuck him.

    0
  22. His immediate family warned that he shouldn’t be appointed, and Trump picked him anyway. Kennedy is a menace to the people of the US. He knows nothing about medical matters, and that’s dangerous.

  23. No one is as dumb as this guy. Is there nobody else in the room with him? No handler? What is his purpose? I understand there is a significant antivax community, and that sucks, and many will die bc of it, but why embrace Every Single Dumb Fucking Thing?

  24. Men can get penile cancer from the hpv virus. May RFK find out the hard way 🤷🏼‍♀️

  25. What the actual fuck? This man is not qualified to comment on anything related to the medical profession. I wish someone would get him out and fast!

  26. I’m sorry for your loss. And I’m sorry that that empty worm-riddled husk of a man has dumped salt in the wound.

  27. More women dying from vaginal cancer and a lot more throat cancer without this vaccine. Who, in their right mind would want their daughters to aquire a preventable cancer?

    0
  28. I’m so sorry. Having worked for head and neck surgeons, I can also say categorically that you would not wish throat cancer on anyone, but apparently rfk lite has no problem with causing severe illness and death

  29. I had a friend in the same situation. I think he’s OK but his entire treatment cohort died and he went through hell himself to get it treated.

  30. And he stated at a congressional hearing that no one should take medical advice from him. Then he shouldn’t be giving it

  31. The HPV vaccine has saved thousands from death or disease and will save thousands more. I took my son to be vaccinated before it was universally given to boys for exactly the reasons you point out.

  32. Practicing medicine without a license used to be a crime until Roid Boy. What gives? He's fucking nuts.

  33. The first thing I did when RFK Jr fired all 17 members of the ACIP was to make peds appointments for my 2 teenage children, specifically so they could receive the HPV vaccine before this imbecile tries to ban it.

  34. In Australia, HPV vaccines were introduced for girls (in 2007) and boys (in 2013).

Look what happened to deaths from cervical cancer.

    RFK is a moron.

    1
  35. Vaccines save life. RFK is an anti-science depopulationist. He doesn’t want us healthy, he wants us dead. He thinks most of us are essentially pollution. I was always about 10 years too old for the vax. So at 52 I asked my doc for it. I presented data …1/2.

    1
  36. This quote proves he is willfully ignorant of how vaccines work and how HPV leads to cancer in some people. Neither concept is difficult to understand in a general way. No woman would choose cervical cancer (the most common HPV cancer) treatment over a vaccine that would have prevented it.

    0
  37. RFK is an idiot. He wants people to die of throat cancer. Maybe he's had it himself and he wants others to suffer it? That would explain his messed up voice.

    0
  38. Thank god I convinced my MAGA niece to vaccinate her daughter against HPV last year. If she read this before hand she never would have. People will suffer and die.

  39. HPV was running rampant in America. I was a women’s counselor. This is truly insane. RFK is a madman with no integrity or intelligence. HPV will run rampant!

  40. It prevents teens and pre-teens from developing cancer later in life, you half-witted, brainworm-riddled backbirth.

  41. always remember he cares more about his ideology than the people it kills of maims. cervical cancer treatment does both of those takes ten years to show, is cause by HPV which is present in 80% of the population.

  42. Ideally teenagers grow old enough where diseases of aging like cancer are a meaningful risk. But I guess children aging into adults is a fairly rare thing for an anti-vaxxer to witness.

  43. BTW, Michael Douglas, throat cancer survivor, supports HPV vaccination

“Head and neck cancer can be caused by many things, including the HPV virus. Early awareness and vaccination are key factors in prevention.”

  44. Each time one of my kids has become old enough to get it we have had an important conversation about cancer prevention and how incredible the very idea that a vaccine could prevent cancer is. They don't enjoy vaccines (gardasil does burn a bit) but they know why it's important and consent to them.

  46. Throat cancer, cervical, anal, vaginal, penile, bladder, testicular cancers all can be caused by HPV. Rfkay jr’s brain worm is working overtime.

  47. The HPV vaccine was an Australian science breakthrough. Every teenager deserves the option to have this vaccine. #amerikkka

  48. A close friend got throat cancer via HPV. too.

    He underwent surgery.

The scar is down from his ear, and across his throat. It’s not a pretty incision.

It’s not clear if he’s free from the cancer, yet.

RFK Jr is sadist. Full stop.
