The thing is: regardless of how you feel about them collectively, there are at least noble-sounding reasons to want to become a cop.

and I’ll go further and say that it is even more conceivable that someone who wants to join the FBI to fight white supremacists or even to be IA for a police force could be both doing it for the right reasons and end up being a force for good.
