I am baffled by the Washington Post's sanitized framing of this story. The Supreme Court is clearly going to "rule on the law" -- that is what courts do! The news is that SCOTUS signaled that it might gut the VRA entirely.

No point being baffled. Elected officials and those of influence who oppose, don't have to give oxygen to the WaPo or CBS if they don't want to. Decline giving them exclusive quotes or interviews or whatever. The landscape has changed. Find your audience and persuadable via 2025 outlets.
