Every Democratic state that can do this, should do this.
Then, when we control the levels of power in DC, we ban gerrymandering for the entire country. Once and for all. Everyone playing by the same rules.
Try it. At the bare minimum it will show unity and strength. Will the SC not take challenges? and rule for Republicans? Obviously they're going to rule against the validity of the entire VRA, and allow a mid cycle census but do it anyway.
