I actually have people who don't acknowledge Cooke is LITERALLY A MOM, WHO HAS A CHILD, AND IS BASED OFF MOM'S I KNOW IRL AND IN FICTION, because she doesn't have boobs or w/e.

I get people wanting me to turn them into rubber because of Grumpo, the guy I explicitly state is rubber as a metaphor for suicide and 'bouncing back'? I actually had a mom character before Cooke who I "retired" but people openly prefer "as a milf" while Cooke is based off memories of my childhood

It's so frustrating how I've been actively trying to move in a different direction for like 3-4 years now. I've redone characters to be less overt, characters explicitly not-for-kinks (or at least...no fucking?) retired characters, changed policy on comms/art

I don't like doing kink art anymore, at least for others. But it feels like people never want non-kink stuff from me so I lack perspective. It feels like a lot of my problems stem from kink subjects. I wish I could transition away from it successfully or have a happier relationship with it.

Does anyone here do a mix of SFW/NSFW stuff, with a reasonable ratio between the two? Do you find one easier or more enjoyable, or does one give you more problems than the other?

I do like the gun design though! I can see some real world references but worked into something more thematic so it fits in organically
